Welcome to the online Free Agent Player Registration form! Here you will fill out a quick sign up to lock in your spot on a team for the upcoming Adult Hockey Season in Northern Chicago. Games will be played at the Northbrook Sports Center, North Shore Ice Arena and the Glenview Ice Center. All rinks in the Northbrook, IL area.
A $25 deposit will be needed to complete this registration and reserve your spot. You will then be placed onto a team and a full online invoice will be emailed to you shortly after. If you have any questions, please email: shawn@premierhockeyleagues.com
