Welcome to the online Team Registration form! Here you will fill out a quick sign up to lock in your spot on a team for the upcoming Adult Hockey Season in Northern Chicago. Games will be played at the Northbrook Sports Center, North Shore Ice Arena and the Glenview Ice Center.
